Exploring South Carolina's Lowcountry
Apr 18 - Apr 23, 2028Join us as we explore the foods and traditions of Charleston and the Lowcountry region just beyond. Charleston is one of the best-preserved cities in America’s Old South and its gracious hospitality and sumptuous food are worth returning for again and again. We’ll walk the historic streets on a culinary food tour and enjoy a carriage ride for a unique view of celebrated landmarks. Then we’ll venture beyond the city as we visit the only tea plantation in the US and step back in time on a former cotton plantation to learn how different life was for those living in the area during the 1800s. You’ll soon agree that there is no place like Lowcountry!
