This is the perfect introduction to the Camino de Santiago, a traditionally religious pilgrimage that has evolved into one of the world's great walking routes. The Camino is not just one route, it's a network. We will walk sections along the Camino Portugués, or Portuguese Way. Starting in Porto, Portugal, we will walk along the coastal route and then a central, inland route as we merge with other routes before reaching Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Each day includes a half-day walk on the Camino with travelers from all over the world.
