From an idea born out of personal frustration, WTT has grown from a one-woman operation to become the recognized leader in women-only travel. A dedicated office staff and a cadre of specially trained Tour Leaders all work together to provide unique, safe and fun travel opportunities for the unaccompanied female traveler who doesn’t want to go it alone.

Debra Asberry
President & Founder – You could say that Debra has raised and guided WTT from infancy to adulthood. But she’s not finished. She is constantly innovating to keep WTT ahead of developing trends and is tireless in her pursuit of perfection. It shows in everything WTT does.
In the Office
Hazel
Director, Membership & Travel – If you’re becoming a member, renewing your membership, submitting a reservation, or making a payment, you’ll interact with Hazel. Hazel has been with WTT for more than 20 years.
Ellie, Dee, Beth, Vicky
Program Managers – These invaluable women work diligently behind-the-scenes making the necessary reservations for more than 30+ tours each, all while answering traveler questions. They are also responsible for ensuring your Tour Leader is thoroughly briefed before she takes over the group.
Joanna
Manager, Client Experience – At WTT, we continually focus on ways to improve the overall tour experience by evaluating traveler feedback. Should there be a need to address an issue that occurred on tour, Joanna is the intermediary between the traveler and the rest of WTT.
Tina
Director, Operations – Tina’s work is mostly behind-the-scenes as she collaborates closely with Debra and all staff members to ensure the smooth running of the company.

Tour Leaders Group Picture
WTT’s cadre of Tour Leaders are passionate about travel and committed to helping you get what you want from your travel experience. Women who want to become a WTT Tour Leader go through a rigorous selection process and must attend a 5-day training/interview. If selected, there is more training while shadowing a senior Tour Leader on tour.
