• We show you exactly what the tour costs, with no hidden fees and no small print.
• Payment and cancellation penalty dates are prominently displayed on each tour.
• We make our Terms and Conditions easily accessible, with a link on every tour and every form.
• You have up to three days to change your mind after we’ve processed your reservation …no questions asked.
• Should you cancel, we apply our policies exactly as written without favor or prejudice.
• We're not perfect. When a situation arises we will listen first, and then respond once we have all the facts.
